AN Ascot plumber who worked with asbestos for 27 years died from tumours caused by a related disease. Peter Hathaway, 59, of Truss Hill Road, Sunninghill, was employed by the now defunct Howell (Ascot) Ltd and later Howell (Ascot) Builders Ltd, a Windsor Guildhall inquest heard on Thursday.

State institute reported asbestos death near plant in 1986
